- Status updates: We update you on progress and call for authorization before performing any additional work.
What We Need From You
- Bring insurance card, extended warranty or mechanical breakdown insurance if applicable.
- Fleet account card and photo ID to verify and authorize service from provider.
- If recent repairs performed a copy of invoice if applicable.
- If your vehicle is immobile, ask about towing recommendations — we can coordinate towing referral available upon necessity.
- If you require a rental car we can arrange the best rates with local providers.
Payment & Warranty Information
Payment Methods:
We accept cash, major credit cards and debit cards. For large repairs, discuss payment options at the time of estimate. Payment Due upon completion of repair or service.
Warranty:
We provide 6000 mile or 6 months warranty on all repair work provided (some exclusions apply). Specific warranty details vary by service scope and parts used; we include explicit warranty information in your repair estimate and final paperwork.
